Our Policies

We deliver across India. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation and delivered within 5 to 7 business days thereafter. Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations.

Shipping is free on all orders. This may be subject to change and will be communicated in advance.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order under My Orders in your profile. Mangaldhatri is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

We want you to love every saree you receive from us. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, we will arrange a return and full refund.

To initiate a return:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@mangaldhatri.com
• Include your order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product received
• Do not wash, alter, or use the product before raising a return request

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or minor colour variation due to screen display differences. A full exchange programme is being developed and will be announced shortly.

Refunds are issued only for approved return requests or orders that could not be fulfilled. Once a return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

For failed payment transactions where an amount was deducted, automatic reversal typically occurs within 5 to 7 business days. If you do not receive the reversal, contact us at hello@mangaldhatri.com with your transaction reference number.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, write to us at hello@mangaldhatri.com immediately with your order ID.

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return upon delivery under the conditions stated in our Return Policy above.

Mangaldhatri is committed to protecting your personal information.

What we collect: Name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment preference. We also collect browsing and purchase data to improve your experience.

How we use it: Your data is used exclusively to process orders, provide customer support, and improve our service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfil your order — for example, sharing your delivery address with our courier partner Shiprocket.

Data security: All data is stored securely on Supabase. Payment transactions are handled by Razorpay and we do not store card or banking details on our servers at any point.

Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@mangaldhatri.com.

Cookies: Our website uses cookies to maintain your session and improve your browsing experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly without them.

By using the Mangaldhatri app or website you agree to the following terms:

• You will use this platform only for lawful personal shopping
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse any part of this platform
• Product listings, images, and content on this platform are the intellectual property of Mangaldhatri and may not be reproduced without written permission
• Mangaldhatri reserves the right to cancel any order found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms
• These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana

Mangaldhatri reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
